ORDERS

Order confirmation will be sent to you at the e-mail or phone-number as registred during check out.

INFORMATION

We will at all time do our best to give you correct information about our products and availabilities. However we reserve the right to adjust printing and writing errors. All products are made to order and they are therefore not refundable. You may exchange the item you ordered to another size or another product at the same price or above. Normally your order will be shipped within 14 days, you will be kept updated if otherwise. A shipping note is sent to you when the order is ready to ship. If your order is urgent, please send us an e-mail and we will do our best to deliver within your delay. We are happy to gift-wrap your order, just send us an e-mail and it will be ready to offer upon reception.

PRICES

All prices are in NOK inclusive mva. We reserve the right for printing errors  and price changes.

PAYMENT

The final Price includes all expences, product, packaging, shipping and mva. We accept valid credit-cards, and the payment is securely handled by Squarespace and Stripe. If you wish to pay by Vipps, please get in touch at hello@livmisund.com.

DELIVERY

Delivery of all orders will be sent to the adresse registered by the customer. We only ship in Norway. All shipments are sent with Bring, to your nearest pickup point. A normal shipping delay will be 2- 5 days depending on the adresse we are shipping to. You will receive a shipping note with a tracking number in order to follow you package. Your package is insured while in transit and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or content be damaged upon arrival please report it to us no later than three business days after receiving the package. If you choose the option «Pick Up», you will receive a note when the order is ready. The studio is situated in Vibes Gate 18, 0356 Oslo.

SHIPPING COST

Due to hight shipping costs we demand a participation of nok 100 per shipping, unless other is stated.

RETURN AND REFUND

All product are made to order. Therefore they are not return or refundable. If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to exchange your order for another product, please get in touch with us at hello@livmisund.com  Note that we do not accept returns from other retailers, if you have a question about your purchase made at a retailer, please contact them directly.

CLAIMS

If the order you received is damaged or in other ways does not concur with the product you ordered, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to find a suitable solution.

PRIVACY

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other then ensuring the best service possible.
